Purchasing questions
Can I request several styles together?
Yes. Add styles and photographed colours to the inquiry list across products and occasions. Send the list with your destination market and the quantity for each style.
What are the MOQ and sample terms?
Ask for the minimum quantity per style, colour and size breakdown. Sample availability, charges and shipping are confirmed in the quotation; no fixed minimum or free sample is promised on this website.
How do I confirm materials and sizes?
Quote the style reference and request the upper, lining, insole and outsole composition and the available size range. Check the agreed sample and measurements; photos and the general size guide do not replace style-specific specifications.
How are timing, payment and delivery agreed?
Include the required delivery date and destination. Confirm sample approval, production or dispatch timing, payment stages, packing, shipping costs and the applicable trade term in writing before ordering.
What inspection or customisation can I request?
List the checks, packaging, labels or changes you need. Availability, test requirements and costs must be confirmed for the selected style. Workshop photos do not establish a certificate or a test result.
What should a retailer or distributor include?
Specify your selling market and channel, proposed assortment, colours and quantities. This helps compare a retail range or a mixed wholesale selection without a separate inquiry for every shoe.
