Finishing and pair matching
Finishing brings surface details into line with the approved reference. Review edges, loose threads, visible adhesive residue and the placement of removable items or fittings. Pair matching checks that the two shoes correspond in color, appearance and size marking. Any treatment or cleaning approach must suit the actual material.

Final inspection and order review
Inspect finished pairs against the written specification and approved sample. Appearance, pairing, markings and packing are separate checks. Reconcile size and color counts with the purchase order and document issues that affect release. Agree the inspection scope, acceptance criteria and any sampling plan beforehand. Visual checks do not replace laboratory or market-compliance testing.
